Tom’s career at Conax began at a drafting board with a pencil and T-square. It was his experience as a draftsman that helped give Tom a nuts and bolts understanding of how parts fit together and how they’re made.
This led to a position as a Cost Estimator, followed by a promotion to Product Engineer with Conax’s Nuclear Products Division. Following the Three Mile Island incident, the nuclear industry was unsettled, and Conax utilized Tom’s skills and experience in an Inside Sales position in the Industrial Products Division to prepare for a position as a Product Market Engineer.
From there, Tom moved into a position as Business Unit Manager for Conax’s Oil & Gas Division. His expertise in that industry spearheaded the development of our line of Retractable Sample Probes and Retractable Sensor Assemblies. Tom’s breadth of knowledge serves as an invaluable resource to Conax customers and his fellow sales group members.
Today, Tom is the technical liaison for Conax customers based in the southeastern and Gulf Coast United States, Mexico and South America.
In his spare time, Tom is an avid racquetball player and proud owner of two vintage classic Ford Mustangs.
