A Net Promoter Score asks a single question, “How likely are you to recommend this business to a friend or colleague?” Those asked rate from a scale of 0 to 10 the likelihood they’d recommend a company’s products or services.
The Net Promoter Score has an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the likelihood a customer will recommend a company to others. Regularly analyzing a score is important for gauging overall customer experience.
