Emma Catipovic – Business Development Specialist
Emma joins Conax with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and engineering. As our Business Development Specialist, she’ll be focusing on the Semiconductor and Furnace markets, strategizing sales growth, and building strong customer relationships through exceptional product and project management.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. Learn more about Emma’s background and experience.

Erich Laco – Associate Sales Application Engineer
Erich brings a wealth of experience from various engineering fields, including Process Engineering, Research and Development, and Technical Support. As our Associate Sales Application Engineer, he’ll be utilizing his analytical skills to deliver outstanding results and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to his engineering expertise, Erich is a Registered Master Electrician and consistently achieved Dean’s List recognition during his academic career.
