Lucas Cousins, Associate Category Development Specialist
Lucas brings five years of customer service and sales experience to Conax Technologies. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Administration from the University at Buffalo.
Before joining Conax, Lucas served as a generalist within the Customer Service/Sales department under a major manufacturer specializing in intelligent motion solutions. Through his fast learning of product knowledge and ability to develop solutions for the company’s logistical challenges, he was rapidly entrusted with handling priority accounts, eventually overseeing one of its most profitable vertical markets within the United States.
At Conax, Lucas plays a key role in strategically developing its General vertical. This includes owning the product families that Conax offers, providing custom-engineered solutions to its customers, and supporting customer opportunities across the globe. The General vertical consists of various industries including, but not limited to: Instrumentation, Oil and Gas, Automotive, and Water/Wastewater management.

Zari Castillo, Associate Sales Application Engineer
Zari began her career as a Customer Service Representative for a healthcare account while completing her college degree. After earning an Electronics and Communications Engineering degree in the Philippines, she embarked on her professional journey as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, where she gained valuable experience in software development and system optimization. She then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at SunPower Philippines, managing both inbound and outbound calls to provide effective solutions for customer concerns related to photovoltaic (PV) systems. Her expertise extended to handling SunVault Systems, a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) designed to optimize solar energy usage and provide reliable power solutions to customers.
In addition to her technical experience, Zari is also a real estate agent, where she honed her skills in client relations, negotiation, and delivering customized solutions for a diverse range of customers.
Now an Associate Sales Application Engineer at Conax, Zari embodies the company’s mission of “serving our worldwide customers with dedicated employees providing technical expertise, a commitment to excellence and a willingness to develop responsive and innovative solutions.” by combining her technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer-focused approach.
