The first of their kind from Conax
SPGA and DSPGA fittings are the first Conax multi-hole split seal fittings to carry both hydraulic and pneumatic catalog pressure ratings.

Because these fittings carry published catalog ratings, users can specify them with confidence when operating within those limits—without consulting the factory or developing custom torque values and associated pressure ratings.
Higher sealing pressure for a tighter seal
The SPGA and DSPGA designs transmit a greater amount of pressure from the cap to the load-bearing washer, follower, sealant, and seat set. This increased load path results in higher sealing pressures, creating a tighter seal on both the fitting body and the elements themselves.
The result is improved sealing performance in demanding pressure and vibration environments—without sacrificing serviceability.
Designed for easier assembly and maintenance
Both SPGA and DSPGA fittings feature split seats, split sealants, and split followers, allowing sealants to be replaced without removing the elements from the fitting. This simplifies maintenance and reduces handling of long probes or assemblies. To further streamline installation, SPGA and DSPGA split seals incorporate followers with an integral pin, enabling faster, easier, and safer assembly in the field.
Proven across demanding applications
Conax offers a range of split seal models specifically designed for applications where the diameter of the probe tip is larger than the diameter of the elements at the sealing location. Typical uses include:
