Preferred Shipping Method: Prepay & Add

We strongly encourage all customers to select our Prepay & Add shipping option. With this method:

• • Shipments are sent via our trusted carrier network (UPS, FedEx, or DHL for International).
  • You receive one consolidated invoice, including freight costs and no additional logistics service charges.

Use of Customer Shipping Account Numbers

Customers who choose to ship using their own carrier account number (UPS, FedEx, DHL for international) will incur a $25 Logistics Service Fee per invoice (or per shipment for consolidated shipments). This fee covers the additional time and resources required to coordinate non-standard shipping arrangements.

All other customer selected carriers are subject to a $50 Logistics Service Fee, per invoice (or per shipment for consolidated shipments).

Use of Freight Forwarders or Non-Preferred Couriers

We discourage the use of freight forwarders or carriers outside of our preferred network. If a freight forwarder or non-preferred courier is specified, the following fees will apply:

• • $150 Logistics Service Fee for domestic shipments within the United States
  • $500 Logistics Service Fee for international shipments

These fees reflect the additional coordination, communication, and processing required for these complex shipping arrangements. Conax does not accept customer arranged pickups.

Pre-Shipment Photo Requests

If a customer requires photographs of their shipment prior to dispatch, this service must be explicitly included in the original purchase order. Photo requests will incur a $50 charge per invoice.
