He joins Conax with more than 10 years of engineering experience at leading manufacturing companies, bringing valuable technical knowledge and a strong understanding of complex manufacturing environments. Based in Asia, Pavan will help us work even more closely with customers, providing responsive technical support, translating complex requirements into practical engineered solutions, and coordinating effectively across our global teams. This added presence will strengthen collaboration from early design discussions through testing, validation, and delivery.
