Ermel began his career as a Production Engineer in the manufacturing industry, where he gained valuable experience in machine operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement. He later transitioned into an Environmental Compliance and Safety Engineer role, focusing on ISO certification, regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment.

He is a Registered Electrical Engineer in the Philippines with a strong technical background in industrial machinery, equipment operation and maintenance, process improvement, and compliance with various audits and certification requirements. He currently serves as an Associate Application Engineer at Conax Technologies, where he applies his technical expertise to support customer applications and provide engineering solutions.

Outside of work, Ermel enjoys watching sitcoms, playing video games, and going for runs.
