Rica started her career as a Product Development Engineer, where she worked on product development and cost optimization projects. She collaborated with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. She is a Registered Chemical Engineer and Chemical Technician in the Philippines, with knowledge of process equipment, operating conditions, and a strong focus on safety and reliability.
Building on this foundation, Rica extends her capabilities as a Associate Sales Application Engineer where she supports customers by translating technical requirements into practical and application based solutions.
In her free time, Rica enjoy watching movies, reading fictional novels and manga, and spending time with her family.
