Our patented Spring Loaded Exhaust Gas Sensors continue to deliver reliable performance in 7F and 9F turbines. Designed to address vibration, gas flow, and thermal expansion challenges, these sensors utilize a high-temperature compression spring between two spacer tubes to maintain consistent tip contact within the radiation shield.
By stabilizing the sensor tip, this design helps prevent breakage and reduces the risk of premature failure supporting longer run times and improved operational reliability.
In addition to our spring-loaded designs, Conax offers a wide range of high-temperature thermocouple assemblies engineered for extreme environments, with capabilities reaching up to 4200°F (2315°C) for critical measurement applications.
