Introducing the Conax HLPL Feedthroughs
Conax Technologies is excited to introduce the new Hazardous Location Power Lead (HLPL) compression seal fittings. Engineered to perform in some of the toughest environments, HLPL feedthroughs are designed for the demanding applications found in the oil and gas, industrial gases and cryogenics, instrumentation, and other industries.
These new feedthroughs provide reliable pressure and vacuum sealing on Kapton™ insulated solid leadwires. HLPL fittings are built to resist gas and liquid leakage in hazardous locations while minimizing element movement under pressure.
Key Features of HLPL Feedthroughs
- ATEX and IECEx certified for global compliance
- No need for liquid sealing compounds in conduit fittings to prevent explosive gas or liquid migration
- Pressure rated up to 1500 PSI with NPT threads
- GraFoil™ sealant and Teflon™ sleeves* to protect wires
- 316/316L stainless steel body and 303 SST B cap to minimize galling
- Supplied with 18” minimum leads on both sides (longer lengths available upon request)
